Refund policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is according to European consumer protection legislation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply contact us at info@andfamke.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to pack and send the package or information on when it will be picked up, depending on the product type. For your convenience, we offer a pick-up service for returns. Please note that a fee will be charged for this service. This amount will be deducted from your total refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of custom-made items and product samples. Items purchased with a promo code are not eligible for return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the order amount minus the cost of returning the item on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Delayed deliveries
Sometimes delivery delays are beyond our control. This can happen when e.g. a supplier is unable to meet his delivery obligations to us or there are problems in the manufacturing process. Should this occur, &Famke, bears no liability for compensation to the customer for any harm such a delay may entail. We will always do our utmost to inform you if a delivery is falling behind schedule. The customer always has the right to cancel a purchase at no charge in the event of delayed delivery.
